 In order to develop positive thinking in the society towards the girls of the state and to improve their health and educational level, the parents / guardians of the girls born on or after June 01, 2016, through the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana, as the third installment of the scheme. Under the said scheme, online applications are invited from eligible girls for payment of third and subsequent installments through Shala Darpan portal. Under the scheme, applications have been invited online from _________ to _______ from the girls taking admission in the first class of government schools in the session 2021-22. The eligibility under the scheme is as follows.

Eligibility For Rajasthan mukhyamantri rajshri yojana

• Such girls who are born on or after June 01, 2016 in medical institutions authorized by the State and Medical and Health Department of Rajasthan State for institutional delivery.

• Only such girls will be eligible to take advantage of the third and subsequent installments under the scheme, who have received the benefits of the first and second installments provided by the Women and Child Development Department.

• The benefit of the scheme will be payable only to the native residents of Rajasthan and Jan Aadhaar card holders.

• It is mandatory to attach pregnancy Child Tracking and Health Service Management System ID (PCTS ID) with the application form.

• Under the scheme, only girls who take admission in the first class in the government school in the session 2021-22 will be eligible.

• Under the scheme, the benefit of the third and subsequent installments, a family up to a maximum of two living children will be limited.

Due funding

1. On admission in the first class under the said scheme, Rs 4000/- will be given as a lump sum as the third installment and the amount payable under the scheme will be transferred to the bank account of the guardian/guardian of the girl child through DBT.

Mukhyamantri Rajshri Yojana

Introduction of the scheme:- Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana has been implemented in the state to develop a positive attitude towards girls in the society and to improve their health and educational level. Under this scheme, the parents / guardians of girls born on or after June 1, 2016 will be given the benefit of the scheme in the form of third installment.

The objective of Rajasthan mukhyamantri rajshri yojana:

• Preventing gender discrimination in the matter of upbringing, education and health of girls and ensuring better education and health of girls.

• To reduce maternal mortality rate by promoting institutional delivery.

• Reducing girl child mortality and improving the declining child sex ratio

• To ensure the enrollment and stay of the girl child in the schools.

• To give the girl child the right to equality in the society.

Payable benefits under the scheme:- The parents/guardians of each beneficiary municipality will be paid a total amount of Rs.45,000 maximum through the third and subsequent installments under the scheme as follows-

• 4000 in the name of the girl child on her admission in the first class in any government school. amount will be payable.

• 5000 in the name of the girl child on her admission in class-6 in any government school. amount will be payable.

• 11,000 in the name of the girl child when she takes admission in class 10 in any government school

• Rs. amount will be payable.

• 25000 on passing class-12 of the girl child from any government school. amount will be payable.

Eligibility For Rajasthan mukhyamantri rajshri yojana

1. Girls who were born on or after June 01, 2016.

2. For the third and subsequent installments, only such girls will be eligible for benefits who have received the benefits of the first and second installment of the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana.

3. The next installment of the scheme will be payable only in case of receipt of all the installment / installments in the past.

4. Under the Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana, girls will be eligible for benefits after admission in class 1, 6, 10 and passing class 12 in government schools.

5. All the benefits payable under Chief Minister Rajshree Yojana are payable through Rajasthan Jan Aadhaar Card only.

6. The benefit of the third and subsequent installments will be limited to a maximum of two living children in a family, that is, apart from the first two installments, the benefit of other installments will be payable only to those girls whose number of living children in the family will not exceed two. For this it will be mandatory for the parents to submit/upload self-declaration as per the prescribed procedure.

7. If such a girl child of a parent dies, to whom the benefit of one or two installments has been given, then the number of the dead girl children will be reduced from the total living children of such parents, and if one of such parents If a girl child takes another birth, she will be eligible for the benefit. The benefit of the third and subsequent installments will be limited to a maximum of two living children, that is, the third installment (after the girl child takes admission in class I in the government school) will be payable only when she has received the benefits of the first and second installments.

8. The benefit of the scheme for studying in the above classes will be available only for one year, if a girl child studies in the same class in the next year, then she will be given the benefit of the scheme for the same class in the next year (or for the subsequent year). will not be payable.

9. To get the amount payable for the third installment i.e. on the admission of the girl child in the first class, in the application form prescribed by the mother of the girl child, father or guardian in the absence of the mother, at the time of school admission, a copy of the mother-child card and a self-declaration letter regarding two children. A copy of the Jan Aadhar card will also have to be made available. After submitting and locking the eligible applications received online on the Shaladarpan portal through the head of the institution, the approved amount of the scheme will be transferred by the District Education Officer Secondary-Headquarters. The amount will be transferred through DBT to the bank account of the guardian/guardian.

  10. Under the scheme, the fourth, fifth, and sixth installment i.e. at the time of admission in class 10th and on passing class 12th, after receiving the application form from the father or guardian/guardian in the prescribed format, if the girl child is not a mother, by the concerned government school. The payment of installment will be transferred online through DBT.

11. Letter No. F 17 (18) 4 / DES / N.J.Yo. / 2019 dated 27.11.2019 SRCW/MRY/2015 issued by the department in compliance with circular no. F.27 (1) (35) (T) / Nima / 16/6069 dated 26.02.2021 all payable under Mukhyamantri Rajshree Yojana The benefits will be transferred online through Jan Aadhaar card.

12 The administrative department of the scheme will be the Women and Child Development Department.

For the payment of the third and subsequent installments, it is necessary to attach attested copies of all the following documents along with the application form for the first time:-

• 1 Pregnancy-child Tracking and Health Service Management System ID (PCTS ID)

• Self-declaration certificate for two children (to be paid by the guardian/guardian).

• In case the parent is not alive, the death certificate of the parent by the guardian certified copy

• 4 Photocopy of Jan-Aadhaar Card (Attested copy by parent/guardian)
