Let us tell you that through the Indian Postal Recruitment Board, the India Post GDS Gramin Dak Sevak recruitment exam is conducted in a total of 02 phases, both of which are as follows –

India Post GDS Written Exam Pattern 2023


In India Post GDS written exam, you are asked 100 questions for 25 marks total of 100 marks from four subjects General Knowledge, Mathematics and English Language, and Regional Language. You are given only 2 hours of time i.e. 120 minutes in which you have to complete this exam. 10th-level questions come in this exam. India Post GDS Exam Pattern 2023

01 The written examination of India Post GDS is based on CBT (Computer Based Test). Candidates are given two hours (120 minutes) for the written test of Gramin Dak Sevaks. The entire question paper is divided into 4 parts. These four sections are based on the subjects given in the above table.


02 There is a total of 100 questions in all four sections, the total number of questions is 100 and one mark is fixed for each question, a total of 100 marks. There is no provision of negative marking in this exam.


03 Question paper is in both Hindi and English language. All questions are objective (MCQ) type. The level of questions is for 10 class 10th subjects. General Awareness questions are based on current events.


04 It is mandatory for the candidates to pass the written examination of Indian Post Gramin Dak Sevaks in all the sections and after being successful in all the sections, it is mandatory to obtain marks till the cutoff made on the basis of written examination marks.
