 The syllabus for SSC Multi Tasking Staff 2023 has been released by the Staff Selection Commission SSC, today we will give complete information about it. Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts examinations of Multitasking Staff from time to time to work in Government offices of States/Union Territories.


Multi Tasking, Group C and Group D are Non-Gazette Service. The entire selection process of this job is done in three stages Paper 1, Paper 2 & Document Verification. Only Paper 1 Marks are added in Final Merit, Paper 2 only has to qualify. SSC MTS Qualification & Age Limit

To appear in the MTS exam, the candidate must have passed at least the high school examination from any board in India.


• The minimum age of the candidate should be 18 years and the maximum age should be 25 years. For some posts, the minimum age is 18 years and the maximum age is 27 years. (Age will be calculated from 01/01/2022)


• Relaxation in the upper age limit is given to ex-employees and reserved categories.


SSC MTS Syllabus 2023

100 objective-type questions are asked in the first stage (Tier-1) of the SSC Multitasking Exam, this exam is conducted online i.e. every candidate has to sit in front of the computer in the exam center and take the exam. The exam center provides paper and pen to do the rough work in the exam. A timer is set on the computer screen to see the time of the exam. To answer the question asked, the correct option has to be clicked with the mouse.


Descriptive Paper (descriptive paper) is organized in the second stage (Tier-2) of this examination. This paper is done offline. For detailed information related to the exam, read the points given below carefully-

  • 90 minutes are given to solve the MTS Exam's first paper. 120 minutes will be given for visually impaired and cerebral palsy candidates.
  • There is a minus mark in this exam. 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
  • All the questions in MTS First Paper will be MCQ based.


SSC MTS Paper 2 Syllabus 


Only those candidates who have qualified for Paper 1 will be called in this exam. This exam will be offline i.e. in this candidates will have to write detailed answers in the notebook as is usually written in board exams. SSC MTS Second Paper comes for Letter writing / Essay writing. After passing it, it is called for Document Verification.
