EWS Scholarship Yojana 2022 has been started by the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education for the students of economically weaker sections of the general category. 

This scheme has been started for the economically weaker students of the general category. Under the special student and grant scheme, scholarships will be provided to the economically backward students of the general category in the Rajasthan Board Secondary Examination who have scored more than 80% marks in class X.

The objective of the EWS Scholarship Scheme

The main objective of starting the EWS Scholarship Yojana is to provide special scholarships and grants to financially talented students to help them. 

The scholarship will be given to economically backward class students and girl students of the general category in the Rajasthan Board Secondary Examination who get more than 80% marks in class 10th. 

 The eagerness to study further will increase in the students. He will be able to become something in the future. Now students will not have to leave their studies midway due to financial constraints.

Amount received under the EWS scholarship scheme

The scholarship available under EWS Scholarship Yojana 2022 is as follows-

• Entrance Exam Scholarship: Rs.100/- per month for 2 academic sessions (One academic session = 10 months)

• Secondary School Examination Answer Scholarship: Rs.100/- per month for 2 academic sessions (one academic session = 10 months)

Important guidelines for EWS Scholarship Yojana

• Under EWS Scholarship Yojana 2022, a scholarship will be provided to the students of class 10th who get more than 80% marks.

• Under EWS Scholarship Yojana, only students doing regular studies in classes 11th and 12th will get scholarships.

• Scholarship will be provided to the students on the condition that they are studying further in any recognized institution.

• Under this scheme, if a student leaves the study in the middle. So after the date of leaving the study, the scholarship will be stopped.

• The scholarship will be paid directly into the bank account of the students.

• Students will have to carefully enter their bank name, bank account number, IFSC code, mobile number, and email ID in their application form.

• In this scheme, the students of Category 1 entered in the Class 10th Rajasthan Board Examination will be included.

• Students will have to get the EWS certificate certified by the competent authority directed by the state government and attach it to the form.

• Under this scheme, the rules related to economically backward classes set by the Rajasthan government will be effective.

• Scholarship forms and necessary documents will be accepted online only.

• Under this scheme, the selection of students will be done on the basis of the final result for classes 10th and 12th.

• Under EWS Scholarship Yojana 2022, students should be natives of Rajasthan.

• Economically weak previous students of the general category having more than 80% marks in the Rajasthan Secondary Board Exam will be eligible.

• Only economically backward class students will be eligible for the scholarship.

• Economically backward meritorious girl students of the general category who have secured more than 80% marks in class 10th will be eligible for the scholarship.

• Online applications for EWS Scholarship Yojana (EWS Scholarship Scheme) will be accepted through schools only.

• All the information asked in the form has to be entered carefully.
